Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing PyLearnHub. We strive to offer top-quality learning modules, practice problem sets, and hands-on coding tests for our students.

1. Free Access Modules

Many of our primary learning resources, beginner Python notes, and introductory practice sheets are provided free of cost. No charges apply for accessing public learning areas.

2. Paid Subscriptions & Premium Courses

For paid certifications, premium coding test series, or special mentorship programs:

  • Refund Window: Students are eligible to apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if they have accessed less than 20% of the premium course content.
  • Non-Refundable Cases: Requests submitted after 7 days from the purchase date or after completion of more than 20% of the module will not be eligible for a refund.

3. Duplicate Transactions

In case of a payment error resulting in multiple charges for the same transaction, the duplicate amount will be refunded automatically or upon notification within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to info@pylearnhub.com with the following details:

  • Registered Name & Email Address
  • Transaction ID / Receipt Number
  • Reason for the refund request

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 working days and credited back to the original bank account, UPI ID, or credit/debit card used during payment.
